A leading international integrated support services business. Working on a large PFI project providing total FM services.
Your new role
Provide project supervision to the project team (M&E & B&CE) in the following activities: lifecycle projects, variations and small works projects. Working on projects from inception to completion Ensure the company quality system is implemented and maintained on projects. Maintain the clients standards and corporate responsibilities and ensure they are in line with current health, safety and environmental legislations.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally 5 years experience in Project supervision or a similar role in FM environment. M&E is essential. CDM Experience. operationally aware, reliable and IT literate with skills covering MS project, Word and Excel. Excellent communication skills to include pro-active communication with staff, peers and stake-holders. Someone with good all round practical skills in general building skills as well as the M&E experience will be favoured.
What you'll get in return
Salary up to £28k depending on your experience. Work on 1 site. 37.5 hours per week.
