Capital Projects Manager
Capital Project Manager required for a 12 month temporary contract. Working in Kent for a large NHS trust, paying £23 - £29 per hour.

Your new role
You will support the Head of Capital and Estates Compliance in the provision of a professional estates design, technical advice and engineering/construction management service to the trust. This includes the direct management and supervision of Capital schemes for all building and engineering matters associated with the trust. You will directly manage the provision of Building Improvement schemes through construction and engineering contractors and external specialist consultants and surveyors, to meet the requirements of the trust estates and service strategies and the associated Capital and major revenue projects. You will hold responsibility for the design, detailed specification, procurement, planning, implementation and project management, and contract administration of all Capital and major revenue projects, in addition to any compliance and associated remedial works arising from in house and specialist audits.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you will need highly developed verbal and written communication and relationship skills. Experience in planning, organizing and project managing multi stranded works project, programmes and initiatives, ongoing and inter related, as well as producing accurate project plans and programmes which reflect and consider technical issues and user's operational requirements and also the needs of various compliance groups. High level of skill required in the use of CAD and drawing measurement tools.
What you'll get in return
In return you will be offered an ongoing contract that will be reviewed quarterly. Pay band 8a £23 - £29per hour depending on experience. Working hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 4.30pm these can be slightly flexible.
