Ideally you'll have a rural residential background and be able to demonstrate expertise in this setting. However, commercial Architectural Technicians will also be considered to coincide with this Practice's aspirations to grow their design proposal in that sector. You'll have a keen desire to learn and develop your skills to progress within the organisation. Business development experience would also be very desirable but you must be able to demonstrate a track record bringing in fees within a Private Practice setting.
What you'll get in return
You'll be given a generous salary, dependant on experience, along with various other benefits including bonuses, contributory pension and car allowance. You'll be given an opportunity to develop your skills and make your mark on a relatively new design team set up in the Perth office. You'll be given opportunities to progress your career and due to being a global business, opportunities to possibly work abroad too.
