Your new company are fast expanding, multi-disciplinary engineer consultancy. Established 25 years ago and based in Trowbridge, their team are known for providing excellent quality, paired with cutting edge services, throughout civil, structural and infrastructure schemes. Based right next to the train station, this company is easily commutable from Bristol and Bath.
Your new role
Due to their ever expanding company and work growth, your new company require a Structural CAD Manager to help develop, grow and coordinate the technicians and CAD engineers within the company. You will be managing projects and people on a day to day basis, ensuring that deadlines are met and work is to the agreed standard and quality of the clients.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have extensive experience as a structural technician throughout your career, and will now be looking to make a progressive move to further develop your career. Preferred packages that you will have a knowledge of are Revit, AutoCAD and TEDDS. You will have some previous experience in managing technicians and projects. Organisation and communication skills are essential as you will be liaising and coordinating with clients, engineers, technicians and architects on a daily basis.
What you'll get in return
You will work 37.5 hour weeks and in return will be offered a competitive salary of between £35,000 and £42,000, dependant on experience and qualifications. On top of this, you will be entitled to 25 days annual leave plus all bank holidays. There is a pension scheme in place along with flexible working hours and on-site parking available.
