You will be working for a professional services company on a permanent basis.
Your new role
Your new role will see you cover the East Midlands offices for this company. You will ensure the smooth running of the environment, ensuring Health and Safety is adhered to across all sites. You will manage the maintenance on all buildings, liaising with the relevant landlords, contractors and suppliers.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in securing this role you will have a minimum of 2 years experience within a similar role. You will be confident, positive, have the ability to prioritise workloads and a degree of flexibility. NEBOSH and IOSH qualifications will also be an advantage.
What you'll get in return
In return for your hard work you will receive a salary up to £37k per annum.
