Your new role
You main responsibilities within the role will be to assist the Head of Property & Estates in managing assets and sites across the business. You will be responsible for an extensive and varied property portfolio and will be required to assist with sales and acquisitions and provide a high level of service to clients and tenants. Your time and skills will be split between three sites, with approximately half of it spent at the the business HQ carrying out property management responsibilities such as lease and rent reviews, regular inspections of properties and boundaries, and to build upon the business' "Estate Improvement Plan".
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS or FRICS) with experience in rural of general practice surveying. You will need to demonstrate strong communication as you will be expected to liaise with a variety of internal and external professionals on a daily basis such as solicitors and planning consultants. You will be expected to engage with the local community, supporting regular neighbourhood events and acting as an ambassador for the business.
