Property Administrator - Management Team - Leeds
Macdonald & Company have been instructed by a leading, global real estate services provider to recruit an experienced Property Administrator to assist in providing administration support to the Property Management Department of 9 Surveyors and 1 Surveying Technician.
The successful candidate will be a good team player, with strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work under pressure and work to deadlines, and a willingness to learn. They WILL HAVE previous experience of working for a PROPERTY or REAL ESTATE company in a busy environment and be able to provide a high level of service and establish rapport with clients, contractors, tenants and colleagues. A self motivated individual, they will also be able to demonstrate reliability, flexibility and initiative, and be able to prioritise own workload. Applicants MUST have proven skills in using various IT packages such as Microsoft Office (including Excel and PowerPoint), Dynamics, MRI, Dashboard, QCompliance and E-Logbooks, as well as excellent general administration duties (minute taking, typing up of reports, expenses, stationery ordering etc).
The position is Leeds based and offering a salary of c. £22,000 - £25,000 p.a. depending upon experience. If you believe you have the qualities my client is looking for, please send your CV along with full remuneration package
