Permanent Site Manager job, Nottinghamshire, Multi sector projects. Up to £32K + Package
Your new company
You will be working for a contractor based in the Nottinghamshire area who operate in multiple sectors including Healthcare, Education, Social Housing, Industrial and Local Authorities. They have a gained a reputation for completing both regeneration and new build works to the highest of standards. The company are now seeking a Site Manager to join their team.
Your new role
You will be the main point of contact on site reporting into the Contracts Manager on projects of up to £500K. The works may include; new build, adaptations and extensions. The average value will be between £150k and £320K. You will be responsible for ensuring the project is running to commercial and operational standards. Furthermore you will be monitoring and ordering materials and liaising with clients and sub contractors.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have Site Management experience in the relevant sectors and possess strong communications skills. In addition CSCS SMSTS are essential with Asbestos Awareness, First Aid at work and other relevant qualifications desirable. The role may also suit and experienced General Foreman or Assistant Site Manager looking to make the step into Site Management.
