A fast growing, ambitious building consultancy in Manchester are looking for an Assistant Cost Manager to join their team.
Your new role
As an Assistant Cost/ Cost Manager, you will be working closely with the senior team on a number of projects within a range of sectors reporting to an Associate Director. You will be expected to deliver high quality work whilst interfacing with clients, contractors and project teams. You will also work closely with the other functions including the Project Management, Building Surveying, M&E and Environmental Teams.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience of working within a consultancy practice and providing advice to commercial clients, JCT Experience. An RICS recognised degree or working towards one. Enrolment to obtain MRICS status / Chartered if Cost Manager level. A self starter with initiative, drive and motivation to achieve. Standard MS Office skills
