Do you want to help shape the future of the Culham Science Centre, one of the leading science and innovation campuses in the UK, the third largest employment site in southern Oxfordshire and home to UK and European fusion energy research and development?
Culham Science Centre is experiencing a growing demand for commercial property and has a pipeline of projects to support UKAEA business growth. We also have a portfolio of ageing building stock which require refurbishment or replacement.
We are looking for experienced engineers to help us deliver a wide range of projects with budgets ranging from £20k to over £10m.
You will need to have:-
- been educated to degree level or equivalent in a construction or FM discipline
- a good range of technical and engineering skills to deal with the wide variety of building and project types and three or more years experience of managing the design and implementation of either construction or refurbishment projects, preferably in the public sector.
- an excellent understanding of the CDM regulations and the procedures and practices used in big organisations for delivering refurbishment or construction projects, as well as current Health and Safety legislation.
- demonstrable experience of managing all levels of internal and external stakeholders
