Quantity Surveyor

Your new company
Hays are currently recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor, for a reputable main contractor in the Staffordshire area.

Your new role
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, your new role will be acting as Quantity Surveyor for the business, pricing and tendering for commercial projects up to the value of around £7M and ensuring that these are working to budget. You must also liaise with subcontractors, track any design changes and produce relevant reports.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for the role, you must have previous experience in a similar role, working ideally for a main contractor. Furthermore, you must have experience with commercial projects and a degree in Quantity Surveying.

What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a competitive package of £45,000 + car allowance, with the potential to progress within the company.
