Title: MRICS Building Surveyor

Up to £60,000 (Dependent on experience)

Location: Harlow

Are you an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor? Are you looking to progress and be part of a small organisation in an excited period of growth?

As Chartered Building Surveyor you will be undertaking project management on varied construction schemes and all other expected building surveying services encountered as part of the property and construction disciplines.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects up to the value of £5m actively across the South East UK but are focussed in West and Central London, offering the right candidate an enviable depth and breadth of experience of Residential and Commercial work.

The successful candidate will be MRICS or at the very least working towards completing their APC. You will ideally have a minimum 3 years building surveying experience in a client facing role, experienced in AutoCAD and excellent Microsoft Office and Outlook capabilities.
