Your new role
This is a key role for the company and has day to day responsibility for all aspects of Building and Facilities Management at the base Centre as well as a number of other Trust buildings. You will be responsible for control of Building Fabric and Infrastructure issues, ensuring the Centres / Offices are maintained to agreed standards and compliant. This will be delivered through efficient procurement supported by effective life cycle costing and Preventative Planned Maintenance (PPM) schedules.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be expected to have experience in a similar role and in addition to be qualified to HNC (or equivalent) in Building Services and you will also need to be qualified to NEBOSH / IOSH Health and Safety standard. Furthermore you will also a proven track record of building management and have excellent planning, organisational skills as you will manage multiple contracts and priorities.
