Real Estate Asset Manager
My client acquires, develops and manages real estate on behalf of long-term Investors. The company strategy is to increase the value of the residential, commercial and hotel portfolio through acquisition and development.
Working across both the existing portfolio and new acquisitions as Senior Planner you will provide strategic planning support and associated commercial advice to the Planning Manager & support the front end of the development cycle from inception to receipt of planning permission.
You will be responsible for maximising commercial outcomes on designated projects through the management of in-house activities & external planning parties, in the best interests of the development portfolio.
You will advise on development opportunities within designated elements of the existing portfolio and contribute advice on potential acquisitions with the aim of increasing value through redevelopment and/or change of use.
You will lead the planning approval activity for the scope of work (SoW) on the designated projects, ensuring full compliance with safety and quality standards and procedures.
You will have a degree or professional qualification in town planning / architecture with around 10 year’s PQE operating at Senior Architect or Planner level on the client-side managing residential, restaurant, retail and and/or hotel developments through acquisition, planning to handover to construction delivery teams.
