Your new company
A top multinational FM organisation have a new and significant education soft service contract with a number of schools in Birmingham. The organisation are known for their excellent level of staff investment and development and have a significant presence within the Midlands.
Your new role
Working within a PFI education environment, your new role as Soft Services Manager will be client facing and involve direct management of c200 cleaning staff across 22 sites. You will ensure an excellent level of service delivery of soft services to meet and exceed customer requirements. You will liaise with varying levels of stakeholder within the school environment.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have come from a large service provider background, where you have worked as a Soft Services Manager managing a high number of cleaning staff, c100+. You will ideally come from an education PFI background however this is not essential.
What you'll get in return
