Senior Project Manager - Real Estate Asset Manager

London

£80000 - £90000

My client acquires, develops and manages real estate on behalf of long-term Investors. The company strategy is to increase the value of the residential, commercial and hotel portfolio through acquisition and development.

As Senior Project Manager you will work across both the existing portfolio and new acquisitions, leading development projects, managing the external design and construction teams, providing leadership and direction to ensure compliance with the development brief.

Liaising with the relevant in-house and external specialists at project inception to provide clarity of brief and direction you will maintain focus on maximising commercial outcomes for each development project.

You will lead the appointed design and construction team, establishing and working to project budgets and programmes, challenging design and construction solutions at every stage to optimise the development potential.

Success in this role will be judged against the ability to deliver each development project within defined time and cost parameters.

You will have a degree or professional qualification in Project Management and/or associated construction related profession with circa 10 years PQE and recognised professional body accreditation e.g. MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB, RIBA.

Excellent knowledge of JCT and similar forms of building contracts essential.
