Property Team Leader
Your new company
This housing association based in Derbyshire currently have a temporary Property Team Leader job based in the responsive maintenance team, on an ongoing basis.
Your new role
You will be working as a team leader within responsive and void maintenance.
You will manage a team of multi skilled trade staff and work with a surveyor to ensure all work is scheduled in and completed to budget and quality standards within strict timescales, helping to manage and exceed targets.
You will be required to visit properties to check work and advise on health and safety and compliance expectations.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a construction or property background, ideally a trade background, and strong knowledge of all healthy and safety regulations.
You will be an experienced manager, confident in dealing with difficult situations.
Driving licence and vehicle access is essential for site visits
What you'll get in return
You will paid an hourly rate of £20 p/hr and you will be paid on a weekly basis. There is onsite parking available and you can claim £0.45 p/mile when you are visiting sites.
