Are you an enthusiastic Senior Project Manager looking for a dynamic and wide-ranging role in a complex transforming organisation?  If so, this is an exciting opportunity to develop your career across a diverse and large scale development programme in a prestigious and unique organisation.

The Royal Veterinary College is looking for someone who will play a key role in the delivery of major capital development projects.  Reporting to the Director of Estates Development, you will be responsible for managing a broad range of projects across a diverse estate portfolio across both our Campuses (Camden – North London, and Hawkshead in rural Hertfordshire).

The projects, which form part of an exciting 10-year programme of works, are varied and include new build, refurbishment and fit-out. You will work closely with colleagues in the Project Management and Operational Management teams so will need excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.

You will have a degree or HND in a Construction related subject or an equivalent qualification, together with commercial management experience or a proven track record of setting and regulating project budgets.

You will also have relevant experience in a construction or similar project role with responsibility for programming, procuring and managing construction/property projects (End to End), together with the drive to lead and manage project teams.

In return, we offer a generous reward package, including a generous annual leave allowance, pension and free use of a new Sports and Wellbeing Centre.
