Facilities & Maintenance Manager, Nottingham, Permanent, £35 to £45k + Bonus

You will be working in Nottinghamshire for a high end manufacturing and retail company as their Facilities & Maintenance Manager.
Your new role
In your new role you will manage all Reactive and Planned Maintenance, Health and Safety, Hard and Soft Services and Grounds Maintenance for the Facilities. You will manage and grow the maintenance teams with the aim of bringing all duties in house and limit the use of external contractors. Any exposure to Business Continuity will be an advantage.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have the right attitude. Although hugely successful and profitable, this company has retained its "family run business" mentality and ethos. You will be expected to muck in and help your team when required, whether that be on-job coaching or advising, or completing the small quick tasks yourself. You will have a technical understanding of Buildings Services or Building Fabric, Health and Safety, NEBOSH would be ideal.
