Your new company are a worldwide professional services and investment management consultancy specialising in property management, investment and development provider. They are looking for a Facilities Manager to provide 9 month cover to their Facilities team in Preston.
Your new role
You will lead a team to ensure effective management of day-to-day client activities and support the Senior Facilities Manager by being the on-site key point of contact for key stakeholders and/or the client. The role will have responsibility for service quality, help desk task resolution, maintenance and operations, contract services, safe working practices, purchasing of material, equipment & supplies and site budgets accuracy.
What you'll need to succeed
This role would be ideally suited to a Facilities Manager with experience in Facilities, Property Management, Hospitality or a related field. You will need excellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client staff and demands. You will also have knowledge of critical Facilities and have a understanding of basic technical aspects of property (Computer Room Air-conditioning, Chiller system, Fire Protection system, Mechanical & Electrical system, BMS system).
What you'll get in return
In return you will get a £35,000 - £40,000 and the opportunity of extension.
