We continue to expand and broaden our services.Working for a small interiors company, you will lead an installation team and assist the director in planning and executing projects to achieve:
- work planned within timescales to suit customer
- correct purchasing and ordering of materials to maintain budgets
- completion of all jobs on time, and to a very high standard, eliminating the need for return visits.
You will be a highly experienced carpenter and be able to fit kitchens at pace. You will possess the necessary skills to complete any room project, be it a kitchen, bathroom, or a refurb of another room or a complete property. It is likely you will have a knowledge of plumbing, tiling and other trades and will be able to manage and appoint other contractors.You will be able to lead other team members using your proven people skills. You will be able to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, subcontractors and management. As a senior installer, you will have some of the business skills required to develop the company further and bring in leads.You will have a clean driving licence and have some years of driving experience. You will be reliable, and have had few absences over the last year..We provide a business use van, tools, uniform and a competitive salary. The awarded salary will be based on your experience and skills. 4 weeks holiday is included..Hours are 42.5 per week and the hours worked must be flexible based around the needs of the project being worked on.
