Macdonald and Company is delighted to be working on this very exciting opportunity. We are seeking exceptional project managers that have gained experience working for reputable consultancies on developer led schemes.

Our client is a commercial property company with a diverse portfolio across the UK; they have developed and managed some fantastic iconic buildings and retail assets. Due to expansion they have a requirement for a Project Manager to join their business.

Ideally they are looking for Project Managers they can develop and progress within the business and would suit someone in the early stages of their career.

Roles and responsibilities include:

  • To manage one of more projects or elements of a major project under the direction of a Project Director.
  • To work closely with the development and portfolio managers.
  • To deliver projects within cost, to a high quality and to programme.
  • To work well with all departments and in particular asset management and operations to achieve optimum project delivery.

To be considered you will:

  • Have a relevant construction focused degree.
  • Have experience of / exposure to delivering complex construction focused projects.
  • Have experience of retail or residential mixed use projects.
  • Be able to communicate effectively, build relationships and be client facing.
  • Be able to work within a team.
