A prominent modular building company in the Wakefield area with a number of high profile customers require an Operations Supervisor to cover their Northern England client base.
Your new role
Managing a small team of service operatives across the North of England, you will lead and motivate your team to produce consistently high productivity levels and quality service delivery to end users. You will assess client sites to identify potential health and safety issues, review access and oversee the smooth running of varying volumes of modular building delivery. You will also hold profit and loss accountability for the area and have a strong influence with deciding the future business strategy, so a solid commercial understanding is required.
What you'll need to succeed
You may possess a trades background and will currently hold a supervisory or management position in the building or construction sector, with a strong desire to progress your career in a leadership position. With an experienced management team in place, you will receive the necessary coaching and guidance to succeed in the role so individuals from a range of backgrounds will be considered.
