Our client is a well-established and respected construction firm consisting of three distinct disciplines; Building, Mechanical & Electrical and Maintenance.

Our client is searching for a Services Estimator who can work on both Mechanical & Electrical projects.

Our client aims to deliver, with pride, integrated building, mechanical and electrical services and maintenance solutions for iconic clients or buildings.

The successful individual will be working on estimates anywhere between £5k to £500k (mainly self-delivered).

Pricing for both Electrical and Mechanical for Commercial, Heritage, Educational sectors and more.

Meeting with Clients, Subcontractors and any other parties in relation to the tender preparation process.

Ensuring correct labour schedule and costs.

Must have the ability to manually work on pricing.

Experience of some estimating software advantageous.

Must have accuracy and attention to detail.

Ensuring submission of tenders by dead line date.

Ability to work on several tenders simultaneously.

This role currently reports to the Commercial Director.

Recent M&E projects have included, Royal College of Music, Lords Cricket Ground Warner Stand, English Heritage, City of London Corporation, Tower Bridge.

The position is based in West End offices.
