Your new company
You will be working for one of the UK's leading specialist housing developer that has a fantastic reputation in the industry and is currently working on a number of developments across the South. Having traded for the last 30+ years they have shown unrivalled success in their market due to this success and reputation they continue to grow every year.
Your new role
Your new role involves managing the operational delivery of product development across the group, this will involve responsibility for savings, margin improvement and product enhancement. It is important that while delivering this a focus is placed on maintaining the highest level of quality, innovation and effectiveness to the business. This is a leadership role and as such strong leadership and communication skills are important to this role.
This role has a number of responsibilities, including responsibility for the management and delivery of the product road map, to coordinate and maintain links with key director groups - land, development, commercial and construction. To assist with the change programme to upskill and embed training, coaching and development for all staff, and to be a key member of the senior management team and support the development of the Group product and Development team and the achievement of its strategic initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be educated to a degree level in a construction relevant degree, will have a minimum of 7 years' experience in the construction industry. Ideally you will have experience in change management, alongside having the ability to work with a multi-disciplinary team. An understanding of BIM would be advantageous, exceptional excel and PowerPoint skills are a must.
You will have excellent written and verbal communication, be professional in every aspect of your work and you will never accept average work from yourself or your team.
