A Sales Consultant job in London managing New Opportunities with a dynamic steel fabrication subcontractor.

Your new company
A leading subcontractor in steel fabrication technology. Delivering into the Commercial sector, this is a company acclaimed for expertise in Structural Steel Works, Staircases and Balconies. A contractor with an exceptional client list that includes a large selection of top tier construction companies across the country.

Your new role
In your role you would look after New Opportunities and sales prospects for the company. You will manage tender opportunities, follow up on relevant tenders, reach out to perspective companies to secure business and build and maintain professional relationships leading to ongoing business. Your role will encompass a wide ranging scope based on or over a number of sites, generally in London, but there is the opportunity for travel further afield.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be driven, self-motivated and will ideally have construction & fabrication expertise knowledge delivering into Commercial markets. You will have excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to secure the best possible outcome for the business, whilst preserving future client relationships and strong experience building lasting, successful relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and other personnel. You will project a level headed mentality with a tried and tested ability to keep cool under pressure and when working to demanding deadlines.

What you'll get in return
In return you will be offered £22K base salary with a 10% OTE per sale. In addition as this is a field based position you will be offered a company car.
