Your new company
You will be working for a leading property and residential construction company who operate globally. An innovative organisation who offer a wide variety of housing options from flats to luxury housing. Due to continued market success an exciting opportunity now exists for an experienced residential Project Manager to join an established team.
Your new role
You will be covering up to 2 sites simultaneously across the Derbyshire area. Your responsibilities will include; implementation of health and safety procedures, undertake accident investigations, site inspections, safety tours, budget reports, organisation of labour and people management.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role you will be an experienced residential Project Manager. You will also possess strong commercial awareness and have the ability to build relationships with clients and teams. It is also important that you have experience of direct reporting and performance management. You will also hold a full UK driving licence.
