Your new role
As a Project and Programme Manager your will hold one of the senior positions within the team overseeing a number of specialist areas, including Capital Projects, Minor New Works and Property Management. You will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget and to the required quality.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this Capital Project Management position, you'll need to have previous experience of capital project management or programme delivery. You'll be able to demonstrate design and management for construction and have experience in budget preparation, tendering, contract administration and maintenance.
