Your new company
This Public Sector organisation currently have a temporary Technical Surveyor job working within housing due to increasing work loads, for a minimum of 3 months.

Your new role
You will provide technical support to the housing team carrying out full housing inspections in line with Housing, Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS).
You will be responsible for preparing detailed schedules of works for the purpose of providing grants and disabled adaptations, costing the schedules for grant aid and ensuring value for money.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced surveyor with an appropriate qualification
You will have knowledge of HHSRS and DFG adaptations
Driving license and vehicle access is essential for site visits, and a DBS will be required.

What you'll get in return
You will be working for a minimum of 3 months on an hourly rate of £20 p/hr.
You will be paid on a weekly basis, and have access to an online portal to submit and manage timesheets.
