Quantity Surveyor | Leicestershire | Housing | £35-45K + car/car allowance


A well-known and reputable housing developer based in Leicestershire are now looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team to enable them with their expansion plans. This developer work across the whole of the East Midlands and are increasing their number of plots year on year.

As Quantity Surveyor within the business you will have experience ideally working with a housing developer or working for a main contractor on new build housing projects. You will be joining an already established commercial team so will need to be able to hit the ground running in terms of both the role and the industry.
