Repairs Scheduler needed for a local housing provider in Stroud for a 2 month contract

You will be working with a well established housing provider in the Stroud area, who focuses on their tenants satisfaction as well as tenant engagement within the community.
Your new role
As a repairs scheduler you will be working full time (37.5 hours per week) on a 2 month temporary contract. As a repairs scheduler you will be first point of contact for tenant queries in relation to their repairs. You will diagnose the repairs and liaise with contractors to arrange works on both a reactive and planned basis, you will be liaising with the tenants on when they are free and prepare them for the works that will be carried out. As a repairs scheduler you will resolve, where possible enquiries into repairs and where enquiries fall outside the remit of the repairs team, accurately refer these to the appropriate areas of the organisation. As a repairs scheduler you will go the extra mile for customers, demonstrating excellent customer service skills and ensuring customers are satisfied with the works carried out.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful as a repairs scheduler you must have experience working within the repairs field. You must have strong communication skills and be able to use a wide range of housing software. To be a successful repairs scheduler you must have full knowledge of repair diagnostics and be able to problem-solve effectively as first point of contact.
