My client are seeking a Facilities Assistant to based at their corporate offices in Mayfair. They are seeking an individual who has at least 3+ years within a facilities environment and who is extremely proficient with administration.

Job Specification

  • Daily contact between Maintenance Officer and suppliers, if machines, i.e. coffee machines, dishwashers, vending machines break down
  • Administrative assistance on various projects
  • Maintain supplier files to include matching up of purchase order numbers, orders, delivery note to invoice, etc
  • Assist with DSE assessments
  • Create new vendor accounts
  • Assist with the administration of office moves
  • Place orders for stationery and printing
  • Check meeting rooms daily
  • Administrative assistance on various projects
  • Inform security and reception of supplier/contractor visitors
  • Carry out facilities inductions

Person Specification

  • Strong facilities background
  • Desk move experience
  • BIFM qualifications would be useful
  • Educated to A-level standard (or equivalent), as a minimum requirement
  • Minimum grade C at GSCE (or equivalent) in English and Maths
