Bluecrow Projects are a thriving shopfitting and interior fit out contractor based in Papworth Everard just outside Huntingdon. Their strength lies within the leisure and hospitality sectors and with a current order book that includes a number of high end restaurant projects in London’s Soho district. The projects they carry out are bespoke, eye catching and to the highest quality. Due to continued growth they are currently recruiting an experienced Project Manager to join their highly successful team. 

Focusing your attention on one project at a time with the support of the Contracts Director, you will have full responsibility for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure of your project. 

This will include duties such as:

  • Logistical planning of works
  • Conducting pre-start, site and progress meetings
  • Ensure the project complies with all building regulations
  • Client engagement
  • Ensuring all paperwork/plans collated are correct and accurate
  • Management of the Project Cost Sheet and Budget
  • Management of sub-contractors and suppliers
  • Ensure all works are being completed in line with Company Policies
  • Project review in terms of programme, site management, health and safety, budget and quality 


As a Project Manager you will have high end refurbishment / fit out experience on projects valued up to £1.5m. Preferably this experience will have be gained on restaurant and/or leisure projects. In addition, those from a Military, particularly Royal Engineers background, with experience in construction or Logistics management, who have been Late Entry Officers, Clerks of Works or Warrant Officers are encouraged to apply. 

They are looking for someone with a ‘can do’ attitude who is enthusiastic, committed to project delivery and ultimately takes pride in their work. You must be willing to travel as you will be site based once or twice per week with most their work being in central London. 

Remuneration will be up to £45,000 depending on experience, including 25 days annual leave, plus Bank Holidays, Company Pension Scheme and business travel will be paid for. You will also have the chance to positively impact on the growth and success of an expanding business whilst working in a friendly close knit team.
