Pre-construction Planner needed for new Tenders!

Your new company
Hays have partnered with a National Contractor. This company are a fantastic organisation to work for, winning work constantly and have a great reputation in their niche. They boast and impressive portfolio of clients and are looking to expand further.

Your new role
You will be working with the commercial team as a Pre-Construction Planner, this involves the setting-out of tenders from start to finish. Working closely with Quantity Surveyors, Estimators, Buyers, Commercial Manager and Commercial Director.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need experience within a Commercial Construction role, with knowledge of costing jobs, estimating and surveying. You will have worked on multi-million pound projects ranging from £4m - £15m and preferably possess a relevant degree in this field.
