Commercial Manager for a Specialist Housing Developer paying up to £70,000
Your new company
They are an Specialist Housing developer that boasts a premium offering to its customers. With a strong community ethos you will be working for a company that values and puts back into the local community. They are experiencing strong growth and have plans to increase turnover over the coming years with a solid pipelines of developments over the coming year.
Your new role
You will have the chance to cultivate and grow your own team taking a real leadership role within a growing business.
You will be responsible for a number of duties including but not limited to:
- Negotiate and set up terms and processes for new and old subcontractors/suppliers
- Cultivate a team and manage their existing commercial team
- Financial control of projects including final accounts, variations and budgetary controls and reporting
- Set up processes and procedures within the company
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a solid Senior Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager looking to take on a hands on and critical role within a this strong but growing developer. You must have a background within residential projects, experience in apartments would be ideal.

Salary will depend on experience and ability but may go to £70,000 for the right person.
