Your new role
You will identify and acquire new land opportunities within the region, managing the process fully from preparation and progression of offers through to negotiation and completion.Your success will come from building and developing strong relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external; including land owners, agents, consultants and legal advisers.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in either the house building (immediate land or strategic land) or the land consultancy sector. Superb interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong professional relationships. Results driven and self-motivated with a proactive approach to work. Ability to work effectively using own initiative, with minimal supervision. Full UK driving licence.

What you'll get in return
You will be offered an attractive salary depending on experience £40,000 - £60,000. Plus attractive performance related bonus scheme paying up to 40% of your salary. Company car or car allowance, ability to work a 9-day fortnight, 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays, 5% employer pension contributions, private healthcare, Wellness programme, and a wide variety of social events.
