Building Services Compliance Manager
A 3 month contract for a building services compliance manager in Blackpool.
Your new company
You will be working for a facilities management company predominantly within the healthcare sector. They are directly owned by one of the NHS organisations. Due to increased workload this company needs your assistance to deliver management of performance of building services within hospitals and healthcare buildings.
Your new role
On daily basis you will assist the operations manager on the management of performance for lifts, pressure vessels, electricity, ventilation, and health and safety. You will be responsible for establishing current level of compliance against the Health Technical Memorandum Standards for problematic and non-problematic properties. You will then deliver reports as to how the current compliance can and should be improved to avoid risk.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be degree qualified in Building Services or equivalent with couple of years experience working within healthcare sector.
You must have knowledge and understanding of the Health Technical Memorandum Standards, good communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to read and interpret services drawings and a full, clean driving licence.
