Pre-Construction Project Planner required to assist the operations staff members

Your new role
Due to recent project wins in the area, my client require a Pre-Construction Project Planner. To assist the operations staff members with pre-construction pursuits, will primarily be responsible for setting up and maintaining pre-construction project records, subcontractor solicitations, scope estimating and analysing assigned projects.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have held a similar role previously and ideally come from an Engineer/Site Management background
Degree in Construction Management or related engineering discipline preferred
Proof of stability within a previous role taking on projects from conception to completion
