An excellent job opportunity for an architectural assistant part 2 to join an established company based in south east London.
In this position you will operate on a flexible basis in a Group environment to fulfil the Project Team's obligations. Assist project team leaders in carrying out all RIBA work stages as defined by
RIBA publications. Design, draw and compute, as required.Exercise mature professional judgement in key aspects of projects. Keep abreast of developments in the profession and construction industry, and fulfil the requirements of CPD. Fulfil the general requirements: filing, office procedures, layering conventions (CAD), inputting into the Practice's Information System, and similar routine administration tasks, all in accordance with Practice Policy and Procedures. Refer all matters of a legal/ contractual/ financial nature to a Partner.
Working Practices and undertake all duties in accordance with Practice procedures.
To be successful you will need to have completion of RIBA parts 1 and 2, Attending Core Competencies and internally/externally run CPDs, in order to achieve the required RIBA recommended CPD hours per year. Act in a professional manner at all times in the execution of your job role. Maintain flexibility and approach to work.
Keep business activities strictly confidential. Comply with the companies QA procedures and all published guidance notes. Adopt a Collaborative approach to working practices.
This position offers a basic of £25,000 - £30,000 p.a DOE + excellent employee benefits package.
