Interim Environmental Health Officer job for 12 week period in Local Authority in the West Midlands

A newly formed Rapid Response Team are on the lookout for a District Environmental Protection Officer (EHO) to be based within their depot in the West Midlands.
Your new role
You will be a part of the enforcement team responding rapidly to incidents of environmental concern. You will be carrying out duties of an Environmental Health Officer. The position is a 12 week interim role for 37.5 hours per week.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a proven knowledge of the Environmental Health functions, relating to legislation and codes of practice. You will be a motivated individual, who wants to make an immediate impact and has a desire to enforce environmental health issues within a council setting. You will be carrying out detailed on-site inspections and develop subsequent reports to comply with Divisional Policies and procedures and legislation.
