Site Manager needed for 6-8 week project working on a external School refurbishment
Your new company
Your new company is a Merseyside based company who specialise in both new build and refurbishment projects across multiple sectors including education and housing.
Your new role
Your new role will see you as number one Site manager reporting directly into the Project Manager. You will be working within a live school environment within a external refurbishment project. You will be managing work completed on the external roofing and remedial refurbishments.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you will be a SMSTS qualified Site Manager who is also first aid accredited. As you will be working in a live school environment, as a result you will need have previously been DBS checked or be willing to complete one before the project is underway.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a competitive hourly rate working the hours of 08:00 - 17:00. You will be working on the entire project across the 6-8 week estimated time, with the potential of future work also being offered.
