Your new role
In this role as a Floor Coordinator, you will be the day to day point of contact, accountable for an undertake ownership of all aspects of the office and space planning. You will be responsible for Undertake detailed Property inspections of designated floors, implementation and maintenance of stock management and reporting issues as and when they arise through the helpdesk system and monitoring through to completion. You will be working closely with all supplier partners to deliver service excellence.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you will need to be passionate, self-motivated and a problem solver. You will need experience using AutoCAD software as well as a knowledge of QHSE procedures. You will need to have the ability to undertake and manage multiple projects and tasks and excellent communication skills. You will have an enthusiastic approach to supporting clients and colleagues across the team.
