Your new company
You will work for an established Developer based in Cheshire looking to expand the land and development team with a graduate land and development surveyor. They specialise across strategic land, office, industrial and residential property throughout the UK. They typically offer commercial buildings on a freehold as well as leasehold purchase basis with a turnover in excess of £200 million.

Your new role
You will be responsible for supporting the team with acquisitions and development across the region


What you'll need to succeed
You will be degree qualified in either real estate or planning and development with 1-2 years demonstrable industry experience. You will be ambitious with a good work ethic.
