Your new role
You will be responsible for taking an overview and supervisory role of the technical information of several sites, managing the external consultants in the preparation, approval and issue of construction information. Along with this you will be chairing site meetings, liaising with internal and external teams, assisting the Technical Director, and providing value engineering solutions where possible.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have a main housebuilding background in a Technical Manager/Coordinator or Design Manager/Coordinator function. You'll need to have excellent communication skills, the ability to manage, lead and drive teams and external consultants and have extensive construction experience in the UK. You'll also need experience of AutoCAD and construction information drawings.
