General practice, commercial valuation surveyor for a leading firm of surveyors.

Your new company
You will be joining a UK wide commercial property consultancy with offices in most major cities and one of the largest teams of commercial valuers in the country. This opportunity sits within a fast growing Birmingham Valuation business offering excellent opportunities for progression.

Your new role
You will be responsible for valuing mixed use commercial property across the Midlands region. The successful candidate will have the ability to proactively complete valuations from start to finish across with minimal supervision. There will be opportunities to grow with the business and progress through to Director level.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an MRICS Chartered Surveyor (Registered RICS Valuer) with experience in valuations. It is important you are driven and motivated to progress your career.
