You will manage all programmes of work from instruction of order, through to planning all the resource and delivering the work, up-skilling existing DLO and managing budgets and deadlines, reporting back to the assistant director.
Your new company
You will be working for a large housing association who currently have a temporary Contracts Manager job for 6 months.
Your new role
You will be working client side within social housing, managing 5 direct reports working as site managers/supervisors and you will be responsible for 4 main work streams - new build, planned repairs, reactive and planned maintenance.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Contracts/Project Manager
You will have experience and knowledge of working within social housing
Essential - driving license and vehicle access, as well as SMSTS and CSCS Black Card
What you'll get in return
You will be working for a minimum of 6 months and paid a a day rate of £250
You will be paid on a weekly basis and have access to an online portal to submit and manage timesheets
