Independent, multi-professional consultancy practice working within the property, infrastructure and construction industry are currently looking for a Project Manager in their Central London office.
You will be responsible for leading multi-disciplinary project teams to ensure delivery of the project objectives. You will be the first point of contact for a number of their public-sector clients.
An astute Project Manager with the aspiration and capability to drive their business forward and to become key member of their project management team in London and the South East.
Ideally you will have:
Experience in a similar role within a construction consultancy or client-side, working on public sector projects
Knowledge of building technology and construction principles and processes
A good understanding of forms of building contract (including JCT and NEC3) and experience of contract administration
Ability to control day to day programming and planning, monitor progress and expenditure of projects
