Due to the continued success of the London office, Rider Levett Bucknall is looking to appoint a recently Chartered Building Surveyor to support the expanding London Building Surveying Team in and around the South East England and Greater London.
The role will encompass providing the full range of Building Surveying services to a range of both private and public sector clients. Commercial experience is essential, the role will include dilapidations, party wall matters, specification preparation, pre-acquisition surveys, procurement and financial management, planning, pre and post contract services, property care and maintenance and quality management.

To be considered for this role you must have the following experience:
- Degree qualified in Building Surveying or a similar RICS accredited course
- Chartered member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)
- A minimum of three years experience with a minimum of one year PQE
- Professional services experience with particular emphasis on Contract Administration, Specification Writing and Defects Diagnosis
- Dilapidations experience
- Private Practice or Consultancy exposure
- Building conditions surveys
- Previously employed by a consultancy or end user client
- Team player, outgoing and flexible
- Energetic, enthusiastic and ambitious
- Ability to identify and develop potential opportunities to secure more business for RLB
