Our client, a ‘quirky’ small to medium PQS practice with high profile projects is seeking to appoint a Project Manager to its expanding team.
Candidates will have a minimum of 5 years post graduation experience in a PQS practice and ideally hold a Quantity Surveying degree.
It’s anticipated that you’ll be managing your own projects and on larger ones, with assistance. A mixed sector background is preferred as our clients’ portfolio ranges from hotel and leisure, education, retail and high end residential.
Projects can range between £200k and £100m. Some international projects may also include some occasional travel.
Our client has already secured its financial targets up to April 2013 with a stronger outlook beyond.
