Job: Senior Planning Director, PSD Group

The Client:

A major Contractor with International Senior Management, currently based in the Middle East with projects and operations throughout GCC region.

With an impressive track record in the contracting industry, including the successful delivery of one of the most impressive building projects in the world recently, this business is highly regarded and invests in its people offering unrivalled salaries and packages.

The Role:

This business has been successful on numerous tenders across various sectors including defence,  commercial, residential and infrastructure.  They are looking for a Planning Manager / Director to head up the division from its inception. 

The business currently have a pipeline in excess of $15Billion in the region.

The Planning Director will be responsible for day to day construction planning activities and will ultimately be responsible for hiring and subsequently managing a team of planning experts.

What we’re looking for:

• A Planning Director who has worked for a Main Contractor is essential
• GCC experience preferred but they will consider those with UK experience only
• It is imperative that the successful applicant has experience working on large scale projects
• You must be Degree qualified
• Experience in managing, leading and developing a team
